The book fair was a great success

The book fair was held on Saturday, July 11th, in spite of everything, with beautiful weather that allowed the participants, authors or exhibitors of second-hand books to spread out, and visitors wandered all day long around the stands and in the streets to buy something to occupy the holidays or the long winter evenings. The distribution of paella trays to be eaten on the spot or to take away enabled everyone to eat and drink.despite the constraints linked to Covid-19, this day was a success for the Heritage and Traditions Association. The association continues to offer a number of activities, including guided tours of the village every Tuesday with Lucette, starting at 10 a.m. in front of the war memorial; every Thursday, a walk to discover the Cagnot necropolis by Christian, also at 10 a.m. in the town hall square; and a conference on the Romanesque churches of Lozère, including the church of Saint-Jean, to be held on Saturday 25 July at 8.30 p.m. in the multipurpose hall, led by Adrien Donnadieu.
